A strategic and execution-focused Product Manager at Hyland, a recognized leader in content services platforms. I lead four dynamic cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals, overseeing the vision and delivery of key OnBase product lines: App Builder, Hyland Design Framework (Hyland UI), WorkView, Forms, App Enabler, and Application Client Connector, collectively generating over $500 million in ARR for OnBase. My responsibilities encompass product roadmap development, plan and define product releases, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, critical business decisions, competitive analysis, etc. My tenure at Hyland also includes significant contributions as a Senior Product Owner for the OnBase Web Server and a suite of 10+ enterprise mobile applications. I spearheaded initiatives to enhance accessibility, strengthen security, and improve overall quality, aligning with evolving customer and business needs. Earlier in my career at Tata Consultancy Services, I partnered with Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical division across India and Mexico, where I developed user-centric web content management applications and utilized data analytics and automation to improve user engagement and drive revenue. A key achievement includes the implementation of AI-enabled capabilities in content management workflows, resulting in $1.2 million in cost savings. Armed with a Global MBA from Australia and a deep understanding of agile frameworks, I apply a data-driven, design-thinking, and product-led mindset to develop and optimize product strategies. I am a strong advocate for collaboration and continuous learning, consistently striving to build impactful and sustainable digital products that address real-world problems.
