As the Senior Legal Counsel at Abu Dhabi Capital Group, I oversee the legal aspects of the group’s investments across various sectors and geographies (with a specific focus on ADCG’s private equity, energy, hospitality and real estate platforms). I have over thirteen years of experience in venture capital and private equity transactions, divestments, mergers and acquisitions, carve out transactions, formation of joint ventures and negotiating complex commercial contracts, now as an in-house counsel and earlier as a private practice lawyer. I have advised a broad range of companies, from startups to multinationals, on complex and strategic cross-border deals, with deal values ranging from to I have extensive experience dealing with the legal and regulatory frameworks of the US, MENA and different APAC markets, such as India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
