Over the past few years I have developed experience in Genesys PureConnect (former Customer Interaction Center (CIC)). I am an Interaction Center Certified Engineer (ICCE) and my knowlegde also contains the modules Interaction Marquee and Interaction Optimizer. Furtheron my knowledge contains Genesys PureCloud. Interaction Marquee is a native walldisplay solution to present Contact Center statistics in a webpage. Interaction Optimizer is part of the native Workforce Management (WFM) suite an used for forecasting, planning and real-time monitoring of the Contact Center staff. I also have developed experience in QuickCOM and VitalCAST from US company Texas Digital Systems (now part of NCR). These products gather real-time information from any source and can display through Digital Signage. Have developed expertise in building websites with open source Content Management Systems WordPress and CMS Made Simple and numerous of its modules. I am also experienced in e-commerce suites WooCommerce and PrestaShop.
