About Arjan Klem

In my jears of experience as an engineer I've worked on a whole range of different, challenging jobs. I started as a junior engineer and have climbed up to a more senior role over the years. I currently play a leading role in the design and realization of complex projects whit a divers team. I love it when we start with projects and the first question that comes to mind is:"how the are we going to build this?" That's when the fun starts and we can design something that has never been built before. It feels like a big accomplishment when everything comes together; from the grand design of the architect untill the last bolt we tighten on-site and the dream of the client get's realized. Off course I am not doing this allone but whit a whole team of talented people. I love to teach the 'trade' of engineering to the younger team members and like to learn new things myself on the way. Every project is unique and has its own challenges and that's the way I like to approach every new project.
