About Arjen Versteeg

For more than 12 years, I have been guiding dentists holding an EU Dentistry degree to start their careers in the Netherlands. As Head of Recruitment at BGB Dentistry, I have been the first point of contact for more than 400 dentists – guiding them step by step up to the start of our program. From the very first call, I make sure they feel supported, informed, and confident about taking this big step. Once they join our program, we ensure they learn Dutch in a short time frame through our recognized 20-week language course, pass the official exam, and are fully prepared for both working and living in the Netherlands. I have seen firsthand how this program transforms careers and lives, both professionally and personally, and I’m proud to be part of that journey. Over the years, I have worked especially with dentists from Spain, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Lithuania, Croatia, and Hungary. While these are our main focus countries, I’m always open to meeting motivated dentists who are considering this life-changing move. Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about personal knowledge management (PKM) and productivity. Always exploring smarter ways to learn, grow, and work more effectively. Are you a dentist with an EU Dentistry degree considering a career in the Netherlands, or someone who shares my passion for PKM and productivity? Follow me and let’s connect!
