My journey in this field began with a Bachelor’s in Food Technology from Mangalore University. I have successfully worked across various domains in the food industry, from shift management to lab testing and production supervision. My industry experience includes working with Innovative Foods Ltd, where I managed quality operations and outsourced production. I further advanced my expertise by earning an MSc in Applied Food Safety and Quality Management from the University of Greenwich, UK. Currently, I am applying my skills as part of the quality team at Veetee, a leading food company in the UK.
