Also the commercial offering in Lodha Signet in the same portfolio, additionally. A combined magnitude in excess of 7500Cr. Prior to this role, worked on Lodha Bellagio, a luxury portfolio project at Powai. Our first foray into Powai micro-market. Was a key contributor on this project right from the inception to the successful execution. Carving a niche in the heartland of a key competitor was an experience to cherish. Have worked with Godrej Properties limited:Handling pre-sales for the entire portfolio of 8 projects in MMR. An opportunity and experience of working on diverse projects, with the ticket size ranging from 60 lacs to 15Cr+ with the team size of 70+ resources. Have had a successful and enriching experience of channel sales in western suburbs prior to this role. Worked for Tata technologies as Marketing & communications specialist handling Global Customer Experience Program namely Net Promoter system (NPS by Bain & company). One of the best customer experience programs as rated by E&Y. Had an opportunity work as an APAC lead on this project with key global client like Dassault systems, Jaguar & Land Rover, Volvo, Next EV, Honda and Tata Motors to name a few. ABM & Branding were a part of the role assigned. Worked with Tata Motors as consultant Territory sales manager handling sales driven through analytics. A promotional project for the entire state in collaboration with Accenture.A project which helped me look at sales from a new, insightful and broader perspective.(Project AthenA to help boost the sales in the state of Bihar.)A total 14 HCV dealerships and for 7 ICV. Service & maintenance were also integrated as we moved ahead. Experienced in institutional & channel sales (Residential & commercial) marketing and communications, sales, brand promotion and market research having worked with the likes of Lodha group, Godrej Properties, Tata Technologies, Tata Motors, Hindustan Pencils Pvt. ltd. and IMRB International, Mumbai. Working with an NGO during MBA was a life changing experience.Volunteered for "Sunburn" international music festival, Goa 2013-14.Inquisitive by nature and always eager for a quality conversation.
