I am a Partner at Samvad Partners, a full service law firm in India with offices in 5 cities. I head the Dispute Resolution Practice at the Firm’s New Delhi Office. I am also an Advocate-on-Record (AoR) in the Supreme Court of India. I have over 16 years’ experience in handling complex disputes, in a variety of practice areas. I regularly appear before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and various Tribunals and Commissions. I have acted as an arbitrator and an expert on legal matters, and regularly represent clients in ad-hoc and institutional commercial arbitration in India and abroad. I have also advised in arbitrations arising out of bilateral investment treaties (BITs). My areas of specialisation include arbitration and competition law.
