As a Business Analyst at Cardstream I own and handle the Compliance division keeping updated in the ever-evolving landscape of global payment mandates including ISO-8583 APACS and supplier API standards. Being up to date on the latest industry newsletters guides and technical documentation I act as an SME for change management to upstream details for technical and product teams. I also lead with PMO functions for multiple projects concurrently including Product Enhancements and Certifications focus on Agile Product Roadmap Management and own structured documentation of Jira tickets. Proficient in gathering and communicating complex business requirements I liaise with external stakeholders including card schemes such as Mastercard and Visa 20+ Acquirers and Processors as well as internal stakeholders including partner support technical and commercial teams. With a passion for delivering high-quality work and fostering strong relationships I contribute to the continued success of my organisation. With my previous role as a Business Analyst at IBS I have been a part of multiple projects such as Airline Mobile Booking Application and ERP software projects. Through this I have gained experience in providing action-oriented solutions with proven capabilities in requirements gathering stakeholder management Agile methodology including Jira Confluence SDLC activities functional testing technical documentation and MS Office applications. With my MBA foundation I have incorporated Project Management principles to lead my team with project planning execution risk analysis and project delivery by interning as a Consultant for a US based client. Outside the work environment I am a major fitness enthusiast dedicated to regular weight training and Mixed Martial Arts. The intent is to work hard work smart and stay humble regularly elevating my personal and professional growth.
