I am an MBA graduate in Healthcare Management and Hospital Administration with 5+ years of experience across health-tech startups and hospital operations, specialising in patient coordination, care navigation, and operational process improvement.At Intellect (Singapore-based mental health tech startup), I led the end-to-end coordination of Critical Incident Support Plans (CISP) for global clients such as the Singapore Government, Dell, CBRE, and ByteDance.
