About Arjun Narayan

Currently I am the Enterprise Onboarding Expert, at Advisor Websites. Focusing on fostering client relationships while project managing their website builds. Managing multiple pipeline processes to strict specifications. Previously worked in Vancouver, Canada at iATS Payments as an Onboarding Specialist, approving accounts for Charities and Non Profits in a payment processing service. Previous 2 years work experience in London, UK at the merchant services provider Paymentsense where I started off as a Customer Service representative. Gained a strong foundation on Customer Success and achieving KPIs. Eventually I changed departments and started working in a more administrative role, approving account applications and assisting the Sales team. I've lived in Australia, Mexico, UK and am now in Canada. Not sure where the world will take me next but I am looking to keep trying exciting new things, learning much more, and continually improving myself.
