About Arjun Nayaka

I would like to kindly inform you that in my 12 years of professional career I have got the opportunity to work as Client, Contractor and Consultant. In India, I started as consultant in an engineering consultancy firm for 2 years and later as client in a Real Estate Developer Companies for 2.5 years. Then, I migrated to Dubai for new challenges starting as contractor with a Construction Contracting company for 1.5 years and currently working in one of the leading engineering consultancy firm in the world and it’s been 6 years now since I joined. Please find the list of my projects & work experiences in different streams as below: 1. Projects – Elevated Metro Rail with stations, High Rise luxury residential buildings, Mix Use Development ( Hotel residences, Office, Retail, etc,) High End Villas and Town Houses, Entrance gates for Palace and Warehouse for Royal Family. Reviewing of all the submittals like drawings, materials with reference to project specifications & IFC drawings. Supervision of all the construction activities starting from foundations till handing over. Management of Manpower, Material & Machineries. Coordination with all the project staff for ensuring the project progress as per the schedule.
