About Arjun Patil

As a graduate highway engineer at WSP iCRC team, I lead diverse and challenging projects across multiple local county councils. I have experience in the complex design of TSRGD-based signs, and I am also experienced in the passive safety of posts and their design. In the past 2 years, I have collaborated with the WSP UK and seven different UK-local county teams to lead and submit over 15 projects, which demanded a professional with skills in resource management, time management, and the technical skills of sign and post designs. I am an active member of the team where I contribute my efforts to improve efficiencies and reduce redundant steps across both managerial and technical aspects of the job. With some of my initiatives, I have been able to help my team achieve multiple business objectives, for which I have been rewarded with three different WSP Spot Awards. Due to my enthusiastic approach and keen eye for the wider business, I have also been selected as an Early Career Professional (ECP), where I am tasked with pitching business skills to the UK-based team, showcasing the capability of the team to get the work done. I focus on learning what is needed and often spread my learnings by arranging in-house training and helping the team upskill with me.
