Started Voice and Accent training in India creating learning modules, train the trainers and HR tools.As foundational coach for the Voice and Accent industry did sustained contractual training, train the trainers, and skilled interventions, from shop floor to the highest levels of Corporate engagement for Amex, WNS, EXL Services, Fidelity Investments, British Airways, Jindals Corp, Birla Entp,Lehman Brothers,Tech Mahindra, Peach Communications, Karigar Services. In 2009 as Consultant to IBM Gurgaon, introduced on-phone training and mentoring for the first time in India. Engaged with all stakeholders at the highest level. Helped modernize training delivery systems for employees.I have created AR's English Certification system, an On Phone IVR based testing and certification tool now available to the market.I recently completed a doctorate in teaching Kathakali acting to contemporary actors in Australia from Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia. As an Acting and Voice teacher I have worked to create some of India's leading actors- Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Adil Hussain, Paritosh Sand, Ashish Vidyarthi, Zakir Hussain, Rajesh Tailang, Anoop Soni. Ashutosh Rana, Kumud Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari, Yashpal Sharma, Atul S. Kulkarni, Swanand Kirkire, Gitanjali M. Sherikar, Jaya Seal, Meghna Mallik, Raj Pal Singh Yadav to name a few.
