As a senior technology consultant at SAP, I have over eight years of experience in delivering innovative and effective solutions for field service management (FSM). I am passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals by providing best practices, design solutions, build documentation, and review implementations for SAP's FSM product. I lead projects from the discovery phase, through implementation, and into support, ensuring customer satisfaction and success. I also assist the sales team by leading workshops, preparing proposals, creating estimates, conducting demos, and developing proof of concepts to showcase the product capabilities. One of my proudest achievements was traveling to Australia to support the sales team in workshops, effectively demonstrating the FSM solution and resulting in the sale of licenses. I enjoy collaborating with customers and partners, understanding their needs and challenges, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. I have a strong background in project management, technical support, databases, and network administration, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
