Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and Sourcing, Screening profiles through various job sites and internal database, networking sites as per the requirement for recruiting. • Gathering the requirements from Team Lead and validating them. • Understanding requirements as per client Need. • Sending the Requirements to Different Vendors, Google and yahoo Groups. • Involving in resume searching from jobsites like dice.com, Corp-Corp, monster.com, indeed for various requirements. • Short listing the resumes as per Client Needs. • Checking the References for Back Ground Verification. • Negotiating Rates with the Employers and Consultants. • Screening and Mapping the Resumes based on requirement and required skills. • Formatting resumes according to the client specifications & the standards of the industry and Uploading CV's on Client Portals. • Submitting the Profiles to the assigned Team Lead. • Confirming availability of the candidates, and passing their details to the Team lead/Resource Manager. • Communicating to the candidates and following up with the candidates till their joining. • Finding the candidates who are willing to transfer their H1. • Preparing Daily and Weekly Reports. • Full-life-cycle recruitment. • Detailed sourcing of candidates through various Job Portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder Google searches when required. • Initial screening of resumes and short listing of resumes based on clients job specifications. • Manage the entire process from conducting initial rounds of interview for the candidates, scheduling candidates at the client’s location, follow up with the candidates and follow up on candidate status with the Account Managers. • Very strong with networking and relationship building. • Strong Negotiation and Closure skills and build a strong in-house resume database for future use.
