Commercial experience with complex organizational structures, including Civil Joint Venture (CJV), Design Build Joint Venture (DBJV), and Operations & Maintenance Joint Venture (OMJV). Active participation in project analysis and forecasting with the Project Core Team, presenting KPIs to clients at key committees such as SCORC (System Change and Operations Review Committee) and CPJC (Construction Period Joint Committee). Direct involvement in project handover processes to fulfill IA requirements, manage budgets and mobilization costs, and support audits to achieve Safety Certification. Technical expertise in Communication Systems: fiber optic networks, telephony, radio, public address systems, passenger information displays, CCTV, access control, SCADA, data/media storage, WLAN, cellular, video walls, and more. Proficiency in Power Supply & Distribution systems, including traction power, OCS, UPS, outdoor lighting, stinger systems, and others. Comprehensive knowledge of Signaling & Train Control systems such as CBTC, ATC, ATO, ATP, fixed block systems, level crossings, OCC workstations/software, and video wall integration. Hands-on experience with Rail systems (LRV, Metro, APM, Commuter), covering technical reviews, systems integration, and testing & commissioning. Experience with Workshop/Depot equipment such as wheel lathes, train wash systems, sanding systems, vehicle shunters, and more. Expertise in engineering deliverables, including IDRs, FDRs, TRSs, TRDs, ITPs, and others. Cross-disciplinary collaboration across Project Management, Requirements Management, Verification & Validation, RAM, Safety Assurance, Quality Management, and more. Knowledge of diverse industry standards, including ISO, IEC, CSA, EN, ANSI, CMREA, AREMA, CENELEC, APTA (RT), CFR (Title 49), among others.
