Serving as the communication bridge as well as technical bridge member between Japanese-speaking clients, vendors, or stakeholders and non-Japanese-speaking technical team members. Currently residing in Japan. Having Onsite work experience at Tokyo, Osaka (Japan locations) as well as offshore (India) locations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the tower’s activities with overall organizational goals. Conducting regular meetings and communicating project trends with ongoing and upcoming events with stakeholders. Serving as the primary liaison for Japanese and international clients, vendors, and partners. Familiar with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, and Salesforce Remedy tool.
