Starting from the clients brief, proposing concepts and quotations to production. Managing and training a team of designers and makers to meet different scales of projects from mass/batch produced to customized pieces. Proficient with using CAD and CAM systems for 3-axis CNC production and confident in improvising solutions in high pressure environments that involve adaptation, change in deadlines and delegating.
