Highlights: Delivered complex projects to test electronics and embedded systems on four naval platforms, 2 of them in record time of 4 months, in coordination with OEMs such as BEL, BHEL and DRDO; the acceleration strategy has been adopted as an SOP by the Indian Navy for all ship construction projects Resolved issues with bottlenecks, delays and missing information in the project by leading research and analysis efforts Handled procurement, vendor relationships and contracts while developing CMS software for the Indian Navy, resulting in upgrade of the server system (with RAID functionality) at 1/3rd of the original investment Completed and delivered a ship refit project within schedules, involving technology upgrades; enabled replacement of legacy systems with new ones, which was appreciated by the Commanding Officer
