About Arjun Vijay Kumar

Arjun is an New South Wales Registered Architect with over Sixteen years experience in Retail, Aged Care/ Retirement Living, Public Institution Projects and Property Development, often in highly complex political and stakeholder contexts. He has previously been the Managing Principal of an Architectural Practice and a Developer arm, he has built an extensive network of clients/contacts in the Public Sector Works Area. Arjun was earlier Project Architect,Thomson Adsett Architects,Sydney primarily on retail projects in QLD & rural NSW. Arjun is a team player, passionate about the profession of Architecture and with a strong desire to lead. He has a wide skill set with experience which include architectural design, liaising with Council, Leading consultant teams on design and documentation, bidding in tenders to win work, marketing and business development, risk management, construction documentation, contractor selection, contract administration experience in two continents and stakeholder management. He also has demonstrated experience in collaborating successfully with Australian design firms on Projects overseas and success in working remotely with project teams. He also has solid experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities, budgeting and costing which can help during D&C.
