Hi! My name is Arkadeep Pal and I am a Junior Associate at Keystone Partners, in their Bengaluru office. My work experience has exposed me to the following - Drafting Plaints, and Written Statements on Complex Litigation spanning across fields of Arbitration to Real Estate- Conducting in-depth research on matters related to Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and Competition Law- Recommending Briefs and Arguments to Partners and Associates of prestigious Law-Firms. I have a keen interest in practices and policies related to Dispute Resolution, International Law, and Public Policy. To further my interest in these fields, I have held the following Leadership Responsibilities during my time in Law-School - 1. Co-President - Alliance Research Centre for Sports Law and Governing Policy; 2. President - Alliance Research Centre for Global Affairs and International Relations; 3. Student Convenor - Alliance University Moot Court Society Additionally, I am passionate and committed to creating an equitable society; I firmly believe that by resolving disputes in a fair and just manner, we can contribute to the establishment of a more harmonious world.
