My career is rooted in technology and has spanned across operations, business and professional services. I have over 16 years of professional experience working in global institutions and start-ups. With over 12 years of experience as a people leader I successfully managed to establish new departments, support self-organized teams, gained knowledge in management of talent, as well as knowledge of process transitions, delivering applications with high quality and system implementations.
