Program Management Professional | Resource Mobilization | Program Design | Reporting | Data Analysis | Research | Entrepreneur Hello, I'm Arkita, a Program Associate at ICCo passionate about driving positive change for women and children's development. For the past year, my role at ICCo/ICCSPL has led me to polish my skills in program management, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization. My work encompasses program design, reporting, and data analysis, alongside research and proposal development. I thrive on identifying opportunities, whether through RFPs/EOIs or forging strategic partnerships, to further our mission. My heart lies in empowering women and children & I'm actively involved in skill development initiatives for artisans in Bihar, supporting aquaculture farmers in Assam, and promoting women SHG-made products in Odisha. Prior to this, I had the privilege of supporting survivors of various forms of abuse at the Delhi Commission for Women, deepening my commitment to advocacy and empowerment.
