Under my leadership managing responsibilities, I have provided hospitality events for up to 300 people at my local church, including catering for weddings, birthdays and funerals, I can lead a team and work alone under pressure to meet deadlines. I can manage my teammates work rotas and work with them under calm and in times of pressure. I am honest and punctual and I aim to provide effective budgets for events targeting those with financial constraints. I am keen on business management and hospitality roles that inspire me to get into the catering business. I acquired my qualification in Health and Safety Certificate in the same year I undertook an NVQ in Professional Cookery Level 2 and a Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality.
