With over 10 years of experience in executive office management and sponsorship, and stakeholder engagement, I have developed a strong expertise in business development and relationship management across diverse industries, such as Construction & Infrastructure, Tertiary Education, and Not-For-Profit sectors. I have successfully partnered with various stakeholders, such as State Government, School Principals Associations, Independent Public Schools, and Tertiary Education Institutes, to deliver value-added services and solutions that support the growth and success of the organizations I worked for. In addition to my previous achievements, I have recently invested in and established a small business that provides exceptional concrete placing and resurfacing services and quality polished concrete floors to homeowners and businesses throughout the Waikato region. Leveraging my administrative skills and experience, I manage the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as the marketing and customer relations aspects. My aim is to expand this business and achieve outstanding levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. I am passionate about over delivering on our customer's expectations and creating beautiful and durable concrete surfaces that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of any space.
