I am drawn to the fact that nursing provides health care for clients at different points in the health-illness continuum. That said, I firmly believe that a nurse is a unique entity of our society that is highly involved in one's well-being or quality of life. The foundation of my nursing philosophy is the conviction that I am uniquely positioned to impact my patients and improve their outcomes. I have a natural way of motivating patients and the different disciplines I work with. The sympathetic attitude to help others allowed me to deal with young adults to geriatrics populations with Chronically Ill diseases until their End of Life to achieve optimal health. As a keen and hard-working leader, I identified myself as assertive yet calm when navigating under pressure. I value respect in the utmost dignified way I encounter. Over the past year, I have steered my career goals towards working on the Advanced Practice - Family Nurse Practitioner role to build a strong foundation in the Hospice and Palliative Primary Care setting. I consider myself a talented and dependable problem-solver who is professionally striving to deliver the best in me in the best possible way.
