I work with many tired and exhausted parents. It is very rewarding to help their child get the appropriate amount of sleep so that the parents are also able to get the sleep they need. I love teaching newborn classes; helping new parents to prepare for and to adjust to their new baby. I teach parents how to do "Infant Massage". Massage has many benefits for the baby and the parents and it helps the baby to sleep. I teach parents how to communicate with their child using "Baby Signs". Before the child can say words and sentences this gives the child the ability to communicate. It cuts down on frustration for the child and the parents.
