In the past few years, I have built my expertise in client’s satisfaction in different projects through close partners follow-ups, data quality assessments, and coordinating projects executions. My work and success has been on my strategic approach which starts with a review of client challenges and an assessment of the outcomes that will define success for their brands. I count time like I count money, dreading deadlines like a cold shower delivering on time to keep my promise because I care about the client’s satisfaction. My clients are my focus, when they speak, I am entertained, so I listen more than I talk. Each brand presents a challenge, a reality I seek to resolve.
