I am a data scientist with over three years of professional experience building advanced analytics and machine learning solutions across business, finance, sports analytics, and healthcare AI. Currently at Visa Consulting & Analytics, I help drive data-driven decision-making by developing advanced analytics to Visa clients. My career spans diverse domains: • Sports Analytics (Stathletes) – Delivered NHL draft prospect dashboards, trained predictive XGBoost models for rookie performance, and developed player archetype clustering models. • Financial Analytics (Overbond, OPTrust, Rotman FinHub) – Led smart order routing for fixed-income trading, developed RFQ AI pricing models with PySpark optimization, and researched reinforcement learning for hedging strategies. • Healthcare AI (Perimeter Medical Imaging AI) – Built CNN and UNET models to reduce noise in OCT tumour scans, improving surgical margin assessment accuracy and efficiency. • Research & Academia – Designed deep learning–based synthetic speech detection models, achieving 96% accuracy, and contributed as a machine learning research assistant at Rotman.
