I am passionate about ensuring compliance, control, and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with relevant regulations and industry best practices. I have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering From APJ Abdul Kalam technical University and One years full time Diploma Fire & Industrial Safety From NCVTE Board New Delhi, and I hold multiple certifications in safety management, such as the the Managing Safely from IOSH,OSHA-30 Hours and the International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH. In my current role as a Safety Officer, I actively ensure worker safety by conducting regular inspections and monitoring compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and internal policies. I provide guidance and support to both management and employees on HSE matters and play a key role in investigating incidents and accidents. I have successfully contributed to the implementation of project-approved HSE plans and management systems, enforcing preventive and corrective measures. Additionally, I have developed risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols. My experience includes working on fire protection systems, road safety, and permit-to-work systems across various projects. As a dedicated team player, I bring strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I am always eager to enhance my knowledge and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. My goal is to leverage my expertise in health and safety within a progressive organization that prioritizes safety, quality, and operational excellence.
