As a Research Fellow at VCU Health and a graduating Medical Student at the University of Colorado, my journey in medicine has been driven by a commitment to improving healthcare quality and access. With competencies in Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols, statistics, and quality improvement (QI), my work epitomizes the integration of rigorous research methodology with patient-centered care. The skills honed during my tenure as a Research Scholar at NYU Langone Health and Virginia Commonwealth University, particularly in developing quality improvement tools, data analysis, surgical innovation, and grant coordination have been instrumental in my current research endeavors. My mission extends beyond the clinical setting, exemplified by my participation in a medical mission trip to Vietnam, showcasing a dedication to global health and community service. I have additional experience utilizing search engine optimization (SEO) tools to understand patient experiences seeking healthcare online and radiographic morphometric analysis to explore novel surgical approaches to intracranial tumors.
