As a Sr Engineering Manager/Project Manager at Knowles Precision Devices, I lead and manage all projects for the manufacturing plant, working closely with the plant manager and the engineering team. I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Northridge, and I have been working in the field of electro mechanical programming for over eight years.I am capable of designing and building industrial machines that require extreme precision, using my knowledge of machine design, manufacturing, electrical design, and software design. I also apply lean manufacturing principles and techniques, such as Lean Daily Management, Kaizens, First Pass/Final Yield, manufacturing cell creation, and cost analysis, to optimize the production process and improve the product quality. My mission is to create innovative and efficient solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the company.
