I’m Armando Castillo, an LA native that is always looking for a challenge and add to my skill set. I recently completed my Associates in both Psychology & Business Administration and will be transferring to CSU Dominguez Hills to complete my Bachelors in Business Administration. I strongly believe that if you’re not learning, you’re not living. As a Portfolio Manager at Allstate HOA Management I have overtaken a significant sized portfolio proving to be an effective manager guiding HOA’s through various operational and financial challenges. As an effective communicator I have been able to rebuild channels of trust and communication in communities that were lacking. I continue to grow and enjoy my time at Allstate HOA Management. Formerly, as an Agent at InsurAide Insurance Agency working in a small team with fresh ownership I became a reliable leader and stable force. As more team members were added, Ownership relied on me with training incoming team members in addition to my regular sales and customer service duties. Being a small agency, clientele retention is essential to not only keep the clientele but for new business through referrals. Client satisfaction was high, evidenced by multiple Yelp reviews and clients trusting me to open multiple lines of business for them to protect their assets. Having a passion for problem solving I enjoyed finding solutions for customers when things seemed impossible, becoming their go to consultant. Spending 5 years here helped me perfect that personal touch that will forever be engrained in me.
