As an Enterprise & Strategic Account Director at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, I lead teams of direct sales, business developers, and lead generators. My mission is to develop a go-to-market strategy for the digital transformation of our enterprise Italian accounts in various fields such as PLM/MES/ERP/CAD/CAE/CAM/Metrology/Enterprise Asset Management/Quality Management/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Reality Capture. I have achieved double-digit year-on-year growth and helped 10 Italian enterprise customers in their digital transformation journey. I also doubled the pipeline and increased awareness on our solutions through multi-touch campaigns and new business-oriented assets and metrics. Prior to this role, I was a Senior Regional Sales Manager at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, where I oversaw direct/indirect sales, business development, and lead generation activities. I developed a go-to-market strategy for our smart manufacturing solutions, addressing customer needs to adapt their business to the 4th industrial revolution. I have a Master's degree in Advanced Mechanical Design from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II'. I am also certified in Sales Fundamentals, SIMULIA Brand Essentials, and Discipline of Execution by Dassault Systèmes.
