About Armando Requejo

is a senior Corporate Finance, Strategy and Business Development leader. He has a track record of improving business operations and profitability, identifying and building new growth businesses, driving end-to-end strategy development and execution, and driving business model transformations. Currently at Finaccess, Armando focuses on the full investment cycle from portfolio strategy to screening and evaluating targets, due diligence, closing, and overseeing the companies' long term growth programs. Most recently, Armando is managing a new vehicle for investing in start-ups (Finaccess Ventures). He also supports value creation within Finaccess' portfolio companies through strategy development and operational efficiency programs. Portfolio companies span several sectors such as foodservice (QSR and casual dining), foodtech, alcoholic beverages, media, real estate and biotech. He serves on the Boards of a few portfolio companies.Prior to Finaccess, Armando was at Avon Products, where he had a dual role as the lead Finance partner to the Global Marketing unit and the head of FP & A for the Latin America business unit (Avon's largest business unit, representing 50% of the global revenue). While at Avon he also held other leadership positions in Strategy and Business Development and in Digital Transformation.As a former management consultant with Booz & Company, he worked with key executives in major companies such as PepsiCo, Avon, Holcim, DHL, Repsol, Telefonica, Nutresa, Sanoma and others to solve some of their most complex problems and strategic questions. As such he has exposure to various industries, including consumer goods, retail, traditional and digital media, telecom, logistics and industrial products.
