About Armando Tardini

As a Senior Associate at Facchini Rossi Michelutti Studio Legale Tributario, I provide tax advice to international and domestic clients on investment structures as well as on various aspects of corporate and individual taxation. I have a combined Bachelor and Master of Science in Law from Bocconi University, with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law and a Lawyer certification issued by the Milan Bar Counsel. I have also completed a double degree program in International and Business Law at prestigious universities in France and Germany, as well as several experiences abroad (including a dedicated class at Tsinghua University in China and two interships in New York City). With over six years of work experience as a tax consultant, I have developed strong skills in international and domestica tax law and corporate law as well as published several articles on Italian and international taxation. I am passionate about helping clients navigate the complex and evolving tax landscape, and finding innovative and compliant solutions that suit their needs and goals.
