Hi, my name is Armen! I’m a seasoned General Manager with over 25 years in hospitality, guiding openings, stabilizations, and turnarounds for high-volume restaurants and hotel-integrated venues. Colleagues often describe me as steady, direct, and team-focused. I believe strong systems and empowered people are what truly drive guest satisfaction and long-term profitability. Over the years, I’ve opened and scaled complex operations, including a 235-seat flagship restaurant with a rooftop venue of similar size, recruiting and training more than 100 staff, and achieving nearly $9M in annual revenue. At my current position, I rebuilt the accounting infrastructure, corrected payroll workflows, and implemented effective COGS tracking that improved financial clarity and operational control. I’ve coached managers to lead confidently, mentored staff to stay engaged, and built teams that deliver consistently, even under the pressures of new openings. I am passionate about building the operational backbone that allows hospitality teams to excel. My focus on disciplined P&L oversight, transparent systems, and practical team development fuels my drive to help both people and businesses thrive.
