GTM Philosophy: Be an entrepreneur, be customer-centric, and adopt the Lean Startup Methodology of hypothesis-driven Build-Measure-Learn loops. Measure everything but follow only the few “true north” metrics. Maintain strong alignment and integration between Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams. Leadership philosophy: Inspire and empower people to be ambitious and autonomous. My people management style is best described in the book “The Way of the Shepherd”. I thrive in a fast-paced startup work culture typical of fast-growing early-stage and growth-stage companies. Comfortable wearing multiple hats, being an individual contributor, and a GTM leader with a strategic big-picture lens. My superpowers lie in building effective and predictable multi-channel demand generation and revenue marketing engines, as well as aligning sales and marketing to drive revenue growth.
