I drive strategic alignment across IT, business, and innovation — turning complexity into clarity, and clarity into action. With 19 years at Infineon across IT and global internal communications, I work at the intersection of technology, transformation, and business enablement. I started as a software developer while earning my Master in Computing Science, quickly expanding into project leadership and platform thinking. Today, I combine those technical roots with strategic execution across silos. Currently, I contribute to key initiatives across three areas:* IT-Business Alignment & Demand Optimization Concept development for workload reduction through self-service improvements, aligned demand processes with company-wide standards, and supported better consulting focus on core business needs.* Enterprise Architecture Contribution As a former EA Core Team member (3 years), I apply enterprise architecture principles daily — enabling architecture-driven decisions and actions across my home IT line and beyond.* Innovation Enablement Introduced the company’s first internal innovation platform, drove 40+ crowd-sourced campaigns (some with significant cost-saving potential), and now as member of the IT-wide innovation network, I represent IT in the enterprise-wide innovation manager activity. My previous roles laid the foundation:* As service owner for HR self-services, I aligned business requirements with HR management.* In Internal Communications, I consulted division executives (including presidents) and led company-wide digital dialogue and collaboration formats.* I was part of the award-winning team behind Remote Frontend Technology Development, which earned the 2019 High Performance Award (Silver).* I’ve long championed enterprise collaboration — from early social networking efforts (in 2010) to driving platforms and formats that shape digital culture (CEO Online Chat, Innovation Campaigns.).
