As a trusted advisor to senior R&D executives, I guide them and their organizations through the challenging journey of transforming their product development capabilities, from strategic direction to operational implementation. With more than 25 years of experience in R&D consulting, I provide a broad spectrum of best practices and cross-industry expertise, having worked with leading companies from Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Electronics, and Medical Devices. My focus areas include SW-Defined Systems Engineering, R&D Performance Improvement. Modular Architecture Strategies, and Organizational Transformation. I am Co-Founder, Senior Partner, and Managing Director of 3DSE Management Consultants, a highly specialized consultancy boutique focused on innovation and R&D in the Tech space. What sets us apart is our approach: we combine a strong foundation of benchmarks and cross-industry best practices with a behavioral and emergent consulting approach. This creates real change and long-term impact within our clients' organizations. For more than 10 years, I have also worked closely with our clients in the US, supporting them in R&D transformation programs on product development excellence. In addition to my role as Managing Partner of the parent company 3DSE, I have recently taken on the responsibility of President and Managing Director of 3DSE USA. In this new role, I am focused on growing our presence in North America by deepening relationships with existing clients, building a strong local consulting team, and expanding our business in core industries such as Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, and Med Devices.
