Arnab is a Senior Strategic Advisor, Board Member, and Chief Digital Officer with nearly three decades of leadership experience in enterprise transformation, digital innovation, and ESG-led growth across Asia. Renowned for his ability to guide boards through disruption and scale organizations with purpose, he operates at the intersection of governance, technology, and sustainability. As Board Member & CDO at Saathealth, Arnab drives digital health strategies that blend social impact with business sustainability, expanding access for underserved populations. He also serves as Advisor to Rozio, a US–Europe based AI-powered concierge platform, where he shapes growth, strategy, and technology partnerships. Through Solontio Advisory, which he founded, Arnab supports organizations across Southeast Asia and India in market entry, turnaround, and ESG-aligned digital scale-up initiatives. His sustainability leadership includes representing the International Carbon Registry (ICR) and SPREAD in India & South Asia, where he develops natural capital finance and carbon credit frameworks aligned with Net Zero and SDG goals. As a contributing faculty with AIMA and Sustainable Advancements, Arnab strengthens ESG capacity-building and thought leadership across the region.
