This also helps the company to increase bandwidth for doing maximum no of jobs on PAN India basis. • Starting operations in newer & Tier-2 and 3 cities which increases revenue generation. • Renewal of insurance policy with hard negotiation with insurance service providers which helps in lower premium amount. • Coordination between group companies for different aspects & achieving a common goal i.e growth of the organization. • Tracking & analysis of lead flow along with their quality on a daily basis by arranging sales-operation meeting.
