Several years spent on major complex industrial programs to proactively support project and program managers to execute and control planning, resources, costs, risks and manage contracts using the main PPM tools such as Planisware, Sciforma, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and Unifier allowed me to have an excellent knowledge of operational needs, business processes, functionalities offered by the different tools and the PMO organization needed to implement a powerful PPM solution. My project management skills have been certified PMP for more than 9 years completed by tools expertise certified by Microsoft and Oracle. I am currently Senior Manager responsible for the development of the PPM Business Unit in charge of the partnership with PPM software companies, recruitment and upskilling of consultants, customers relations, financial and technical PPM projects direction. Combining my expertise in PPM tools with a good knowledge of engineering needs and organization from different industry sectors (Aeronautics, Defense, Nuclear, Construction) to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to offer the right level of service and technology client’s projects and enterprise needs to improve their PPM maturity and achieve their digital transformation. In addition I am the project manager of Primavera P6 and Unifier deployment for Assystem Design Offices.
