About Arnaud Leblay

Having built my experience in the very challenging automotive industry, I developed my skills in numerical modeling and product design. This expertise can be easily transferred to other environments. The desire to help and support people during the development of their product as well as in the growth of their own skills is a powerful driver to share my knowledge and experience. This interaction has given me a deep understanding of product development and its related environment. Close cooperation with different team members (designers, product/test/manufacturing engineers, suppliers & customers, upper management…) places me in a key position for product development and problem solving. My expertise & background- Strong engineering experience with a hunger for learning new technical skills (1D model, Fluid/Structure Interaction FSI, topologic optimization…)- Passionate about structural analysis and analytical modelling- Technical Lead within a multicultural team for 2 development projects from concept to prototype stages- Inventor of 4 patents and 6 filed applications. My strengths- Pragmatic, endowed with great autonomy, a strong analytical spirit and attention to detail, I am a force of proposal and initiative for the internal and external teams I work with. I participate in problem solving as well as in the creation of innovative components- A good adaptability, as well as the ability to invest, focus, collaborate with others allow me to communicate effectively within multicultural, multinational and multi-site teams.
