Chemical bioengineer & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a unique profile combining laboratory R&D experience (catalysis, water treatment, analytical chemistry) and over four years of process optimisation and asset management in a highly technical environment. 🧪 I started my career in scientific research (UCLouvain, Solvay), publishing work on catalytic oxidation and piloting industrial wastewater treatment projects. Later, I joined the pharmaceutical industry (Minakem), gaining strong expertise in GMP logistics, audits, and confined handling of high-potency materials. At STIB, I have led Lean transformation and continuous improvement across five infrastructure departments, managing over ten Kaizen projects, implementing KPIs and dashboards, and coaching more than 150 employees. Today, I am looking to return to the chemical, environmental and technology sectors, combining my scientific foundation and operational excellence skills to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
