Experienced Delivery director with many missions in IT service management and leadership responsibilities evolution over the last 20 years such as Service Management, Outsourcing, IT services transformation, Cloud Computing, Mainframe and Network. With multiple challenges over those years, from leading local team to developing global support team in central europe, the common denominator has always been the willingness to lead IT and cultural transformation within organizations and lead to excellence in the mission to support customer critical workloads. As Head of the Delivery for Kyndryl France leading people and responsible for one of Kyndryl's strategic pillar, Advanced Delivery, I have been able to develop automation penetration in the delivery to 4 millions automated job per month across all systems and shift our operations to a modern Aiops support. Leader dedicated to the strength of the team with a constant focus on improving customer satisfaction and experience and turn to constant innovation with a deep interest in technologies.
