About Arnaud Thibault

I am a fast learner and autodidact person, dynamic and positive. I have a passion for Data Analytic and problem solving. Thanks to my long experience working with online platforms and T&S projects (over 6 years), I developed a strong understanding of the challenges of big online media companies and learnt how to master complexe workflows and policy guidelines. I've built over the past 2.5 years a strong knowledge around data analytics and people management first as a Team Leader for a freshly new launched market (Korean) which has shown incredible results, then as an expert in Google Sheets, creating automatized reports and a full KPI system ensuring the quality and the productivity control of our teams as well as a few other metrics by selecting one persone or the whole team. I love to share my knowledge with my peers and teach how to work with Data, Google Sheets/Excel, Apps Script and other soft and hard skills. I have led for over 3 years the Learning and Development program in Cpl onsite @X.
