I work on developing NGDCI, a foundational infrastructure layer for SAP Cloud ALM—SAP’s OpenTelemetry-based observability tool. Our system efficiently routes telemetry data from SAP customer applications to Cloud ALM microservices, enabling robust monitoring and actionable insights across diverse landscapes. I’m passionate about scalable architectures, observability, and building resilient backend systems that operate at enterprise scale. I hold an M.Tech in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani, completed as part of a work-integrated learning program—reinforcing my commitment to both practical impact and continuous technical growth.
