About Arnav Sinha

Thank you for being here. I design and lead learning programs that turn insight into practice. Over the past thirteen years, I’ve built hybrid fellowships, youth accelerators, and inclusive education initiatives across Asia, Africa, and Europe—combining facilitation, curriculum design, and MEL to strengthen systems for learning and leadership. Recent work includes managing a $400K global leadership program with participants from 86 countries; leading inclusive pedagogy scale-up across 10+ sites in South Asia; and developing recruitment and onboarding frameworks for an executive fellowship co-led with NYU Stern. My design approach focuses on:(1) Contextual relevance — adapting frameworks to real-world settings.(2) Cohort architecture — embedding peer learning and accountability.(3) Evidence loops — using data and reflection to drive iteration. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, and trained in Nonviolent Communication, I create learning environments where ideas become shared action. I’m currently seeking program manager roles that combine learning design, leadership development, and measurable impact.
